Listen & understand
Time to discuss your main concerns, health history and the questions you would like addressed.
Welcome. I am Dr. Fauzan Quasmi, a consulting homoeopathic physician. I aim to understand each person's concerns, health history and individual experience before discussing an appropriate consultation plan.
Every consultation should begin with listening, careful understanding and respect for the person seeking care.
I am Dr. Fauzan Quasmi, a Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) graduate and an MD Scholar in Organon of Medicine. My clinical work and postgraduate learning continue to shape my interest in careful case-taking, individualization and responsible patient communication.
I believe patients deserve time to explain their concerns and clear information about the consultation process, possible next steps and when further medical evaluation may be needed.
My approach is centred on understanding the person and communicating clearly. Each consultation is considered on its own merits.
Time to discuss your main concerns, health history and the questions you would like addressed.
A structured discussion of relevant symptoms, context and available health information.
Discussion of the consultation plan, follow-up arrangements and when referral or urgent medical care is appropriate.
A consultation is a conversation. You can prepare by keeping relevant reports, prescriptions and a brief timeline of your concerns ready.
For online consultation enquiries or appointment availability, please get in touch. Appointment confirmation, consultation fees and mode of consultation can be discussed directly.
Clear answers about online consultations, homoeopathy and when to seek other medical care.
First, contact the clinic to request an appointment. If an online consultation is suitable, a time and platform will be agreed. During the consultation, you can explain your concerns and relevant medical history. Keep any current prescriptions and investigation reports available. A remote consultation has limits because a physical examination may not be possible.
No. Teleconsultation is useful for some discussions and follow-ups, but it cannot replace an in-person assessment when examination, urgent testing or hands-on care is needed. You may be advised to visit a nearby doctor, clinic or hospital.
Homoeopathy is a traditional system of medicine based on principles such as individualization and the use of highly diluted preparations. Its proposed explanations and effectiveness for specific conditions are not established to the standard required by modern clinical evidence. It should not be presented as a proven substitute for evidence-based medical care.
Homoeopathic practice traditionally selects a preparation after considering a person's reported symptoms and individual history. However, there is no reliable, scientifically established mechanism showing that homoeopathic preparations treat disease beyond placebo effects. I aim to discuss this transparently and encourage informed healthcare decisions.
You may enquire about a health concern, symptoms, your existing diagnosis, reports or questions about your care. The consultation will help determine whether a remote discussion is appropriate or whether you need an examination, investigation, specialist opinion or other evidence-based treatment. No condition can be guaranteed to respond to homoeopathy.
No. Do not stop, reduce or change prescribed medicines or delay recommended investigations without discussing this with the treating qualified healthcare professional. Homoeopathy should not replace necessary treatment, including treatment for chronic or serious conditions.
Suitability depends on the person's symptoms, age, medical history and ability to be assessed remotely. Some situations require a caregiver's involvement, an in-person examination or prompt referral. A remote consultation may be declined if it is not clinically appropriate.
Keep a list of current medicines, allergies, relevant diagnoses, previous prescriptions and investigation reports. Share only information needed for your care, and use an agreed communication channel. Please do not post sensitive medical details publicly.
Do not wait for an online appointment or send a WhatsApp message. If there is chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, seizures, a serious injury, poisoning or another potentially life-threatening problem, seek emergency help immediately. In India, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not delay emergency care for homoeopathy or any online consultation.

Important: Online information is educational and does not replace an in-person medical assessment when required. Homoeopathy should not delay emergency care, appropriate investigations or evidence-based treatment. For severe or urgent symptoms, contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
